Plan B is kept behind the counter in Saskatchewan, and is available under prescription by your pharmacist in Quebec.
The pharmacist or nurse will need to ask you a few questions before giving you plan B. The Pharmacy Prep Kit (.pdf, 53KB) gives you an idea of the type of questions they might ask. These professionals know all about plan B and will treat your request sympathetically and confidentially. Don’t be afraid to ask to talk in a private area. If you can't go, call and discuss plan B with them over the phone.

plan B costs about $40. It is covered under most (but not all) public and private insurance plans in Canada.
